Fat Reducing Massage – Mix together a quarter cup of almond oil with five drops each of grapefruit, lemon, and cypress oil.
Anti-Cellulite Rub – Combine 10 drops of grapefruit, five drops of rosemary, and two drops each of cypress, peppermint, and ginger oils. Blend with a carrier oil before applying to the body.
Rejuvenating Bath – Add five drops each of grapefruit, ginger, orange, sandalwood, and lemon to a warm bath.
Appetite Suppressing Diffusion – Blend together 40 drops of mandarin, 20 drops of lemon, 12 drops of ginger, and 12 drops of peppermint and add a few drops of the blend to your diffuser.
Metabolism Boosting Soak – Draw a bath and add two tablespoons of jojoba oil, 10 drops of rosemary, 10 drops of cypress, and eight drops of grapefruit oil.
Craving Curbing Salve – Mix a half cup of olive oil with 80 drops of fennel, 40 drops of bergamot, and 24 drops of patchouli oil and massage on the abdomen.
Pain Oil Blends
PanAway® Blend, was created by Gary Young following a severe injury to the ligaments in his leg. Containing wintergreen essential oil, which is often used for massage, PanAway is soothing to the skin while providing comforting warmth to muscles after exercise.
How to use: Apply to the bottoms of feet and follow with topical application on location. Rub on temples, back of neck, or forehead, or inhale for a soothing effect. Use with a warm compress along the spine.
Possible skin sensitivity. If pregnant or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Dilute before using on sensitive areas such as the face, neck, genital area, etc. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid using on infants and very small children.
Ingredients: Wintergreen (Gaultheria procumbens), helichrysum (Helichrysum italicum), clove (Syzygium aromaticum) and peppermint (Mentha piperita).

Despair oil Mix
The Lemon based Despair oil:
In a roll-on bottle, we drop the following oils, adjusting for your needs:
Appx 20 drops of each:
Lemon
Appx 10 Drops of each:
Lavender
Orange
Appx 5 Drops of each:
Peppermint
Spearmint
Ylang Ylang
Add carrier oil, pure like Jojoba in remainder of bottle, rub on forearms or chest or any other reflexology area for feelings of despair.
